About

Made by Nige Ltd. Published as 321.do.

Two products that fit together: 123.do for productive flow for humans, 321 for the agents that do some of the work, under your command.

01 · Who

Nige Ltd, Bath, England

Nige Ltd owns 321 and the official agents. 321.do is the official publisher namespace: an identity beginning 321.do/ is published by Nige Ltd.

02 · 321 and 123

Two products, one boundary

123.DO
The work system

People and agents on shared Tracks, one Step in NOW per person. Membership, assignments and billing live there.

321.DO
The meta harness

Agent first: a named agent with its skills and tools, run on a swappable backend harness, under your command.

123 uses 321 to run agents. 321 never touches 123's records. Standalone 321 needs no 123 account.

03 · Licensing

Free runtime. Packages with their own terms.

The 321 runtime and its protocols are intended to be free software under the Apache License 2.0. The source carries that licence today; it counts as shipped once the first public release exists.

  • Runtime: intended Apache-2.0.
  • Official agent packages: separate products with their own terms.
  • Model usage: a free runtime does not mean free model usage. The harness uses your own provider account.
  • Commercial packages: not unlimited because the runtime is free.
  • Bring your own: private agents and skills stay yours.

04 · Naming

Numbered names and everyone else's

Official agents use the numbered naming family: b1ll, 1da, d1on, m1ra. Within 123 and the official registry, other publishers' names are digit-free, and impersonating or confusingly similar names are not permitted.

That is a platform policy, not a claim on all numbers. The runtime itself is format-neutral.

05 · Marks

Trade marks

123.do® and 321.do® are registered trade marks of Nige Ltd. The agent names (b1ll™, 1da™, d1on™, m1ra™ and the rest of the roster) are trade marks of Nige Ltd; their registration status varies and is not claimed here.
